The prevention and re-education center is designed for most cardiac cases, and offers the experience of a specialized team, providing the latest therapeutic infrastructure. A personalized program assures the reestablishment of physical fitness, a reduction of risk factors, psychological supervision, and proactive assistance with socioprofessional re-entry.

This unit aims to help our patients to regain functions, reduce pain and manage their everyday life. In the framework of a multidisciplinary team, the objectives of rehabilitation are to restore the patient’s autonomy, not only in basic skills, but also in the intellectual, emotional and social spheres. This unit is supported by a multidisciplinary team of specialised doctors and therapists.
Psychiatric in-patient treatment
The Psychiatry and Addictions Treatment Unit proposes specialized supervision, while favoring human relationships. The unit welcomes patients suffering from depression, anxiety and eating disorder, and various addictions, such as alcohol and drugs. The treatment is personalized and covers individual and group psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, nursing supervision, body and emotional care.
Internal medicine and oncological rehabilitation
Our internal medicine service offers specialized guidance, while favoring human relationships. The unit welcomes patients suffering from acute disease or having undergone a surgical operation.
Every year in Switzerland, 31,000 individuals discover they are suffering from some form of cancer. In order to provide a specialized rehabilitation program to those in need, La Lignière Clinic's Oncology Rehabilitation Program offers its patients personalized care, by favoring human relationships within a specialized and pleasant setting. Its hotel service, at the same time, does everything in its power to ensure the person's well-being.

Faithful to this vision, while upholding our patients' freedom of choice, the clinic offers spiritual accompaniment, if the patient so desires. Our intent is to provide a presence, to be available as needed, in a spirit of respectful welcome and tolerance. To this end, meditative spaces have been created: a place for reflection, a contemplative walking path, and a spiritual labyrinth.
Eager to offer patients of La Lignière, as well as their friends, an environment that nurtures cultural and artistic creativity, the clinic schedules weekly "Evening Recitals". Artists, musicians and storytellers of established reputation are invited to entertain the patients. Exhibits of paintings and photographs by local artists are also organized every 2 months.
Chaplaincy and cultural activities
The Medical & Therapeutic center is an outpatient health establishment, allowing anyone to consult our medical specialists, and extending the inpatient care provided at the clinic. La Lignière aims to become a regional leader in the field of multidisciplinary ambulatory care, with an interdisciplinary approach in rehabilitation and psychiatry, capitalizing on our skills as well as our ethical and Christian values.
Medical and therapeutic center
The health center gives everyone the means to take charge of their health and physical fitness, by offering fitness classes and individualized support. Within our structure, professional trainers are available to guide our members in the choice of exercises adapted to the pursuit of their objectives, such as maintaining physical condition, weight loss, training planning, treatment follow-up, relaxation, Pilates and massage, among others.
